Reconciliation week is a journey for all Australians  as an organisation and individuals, the theme of the 2021 Reconciliation week resonates deeply with us all at Waddi…

‘More than a word, Reconciliation takes action’, calls everyone towards a braver and more impactful actions.

A portion of profits for every bag sold will go to the Indigenous Artist charity of choice.

Our very first 2021 Indigenous Artist is Luke Penrith from Wiradjuri, Wotjobaluk, Yuin, Gumbaynggirr nations and has nominated the Compact - Burrabinya Leap To Your Future Program at Tumut High School.

Burrabinya is an Indigenous-specific program with the aim of connecting students with culture and community to build self-esteem, improve skills and develop career investigation concepts. Students gain self-confidence, employability skills and a strong connection with local elders, positive role models. They also learn about relevant community support services and local business and industry opportunities.

Bidgee River Story:

Managed right, it could be a food source of plants and seeds, also for hunting fish and animals that head to the water for a drink.
All rivers are sacred and are shared value to modern Australia. Look after our waterways with respect.
